Dr. Tyler Darrach obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 2004. He then obtained a second Bachelor of Science in Human Biology (2006) and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences in 2007. Since that time he has taken multiple rehabilitation courses and continues to learn new techniques and therapies, including Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (Level 1), Functional Movement Screen (Level 1 & 2) and various soft tissue techniques.
Dr. Darrach also has an interest in nutrition, focusing on a whole foods approach to optimizing your health and wellbeing.
Dr. Darrach feels that the combination of whole body movement with whole food nutrition and chiropractic therapy is the key to feeling and performing at your best. His approach to treatments involve an integrated approach of diet/lifestyle changes and a new look at movement and health.
Dr. Darrach is available for group talks on nutrition, movement and better lifting techniques. He also has classes set up for nutrition, teaching kids and adults proper weightlifting technique and better movement mobility for everyone.
He enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, daughters and his dog Maple. He also enjoys reading, exercising, movies and being outdoors.

Dr. Waytowich graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1995, following his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Co-op) from the University of Waterloo in 1991. During his university co-op placements, he gained invaluable hands-on experience in musculoskeletal injury assessment and biomechanical evaluation, along with various therapeutic modalities and exercise prescription.
Continuing his education, Dr. Waytowich has received specialized training in orthotic assessment/prescription, sports injury, and rehabilitation, with a particular focus on knee and shoulder-related injuries.
As a diversified chiropractor, Dr. Waytowich’s primary goal is to provide optimal care for his patients. He prides himself on his ability to accurately assess neuro-musculoskeletal conditions and develop effective strategies to address the underlying biomechanical causes of injury, contributing to lasting relief and recovery. Outside of his practice, Dr. Waytowich cherishes time spent with his wife Lynne and their children, Allison, Kate, and Sam.
